Photo for Funds

Photo for Funds is a fundraising option for clubs, organizations and groups that does not require door
to door selling or a lot of products to store and deliver. This program is designed to offer organizations a unique
service and a unique way to raise the funds they need!

The program is simple. Your club picks a day to have Elegance in Imagery come in and do family
pictures. We bring in the back drop, the lights and the photographer. We take the pictures, touch them up and
mail them out to the families within 3 weeks of the event. This means no delivery, and no products for your group to
store!
Your organization just needs to provide a facility, some people to help work the event (Kids are able to
do this) and the people to photograph.

Your wondering how do we make any money with this? How do we get the people to photograph?
First, Elegance in Imagery will provide you with posters, flyers and scheduleing sheets. You are scheduling customers
between hour time blocks. The big question is how does my organization make money on this program? We offer one
family picture package for $27.00. The package includes 1 8x10, 2 5x7's, 2 4x6's and 16 wallets. This
package is the most popular one we sell. For each family that has their picture taken and orders the package you get
$5.00!
