We all hope to never experience a natural disaster that wipes out all of our personal belongings, yet every year thousands of people have to deal with fires, flooding, tornados and other devasting events.  Each year these events cause thousands of dollars in destruction.  Even though we have insurance the process of filing claims is long and sometimes painful and most people do not have the proper documentation on their possesions.

Could you provide someone all of the model numbers of your electronics today?  Could you list off all of the name brands of your kitchen appliances without going in and looking?  Do you remember when you bought your couch and how much you paid for it?    The answer is most likely no to all of these questions, now picture trying to answer them after you have just lost your home.  This is a stress that can be avoided!
